Updating / Adding Your Listing

You must be a member of the Northwest Tarrant Chamber of Commerce to have a listing in our directory. Your submission will be automatically rejected if you are not a member. If you are not a member, you can join or find out more information about the benefits of membership by clicking here.

Your update or adding a listing may be rejected for the following reasons:
- You are not a Northwest Tarrant Chamber of Commerce member
- Your chamber dues are not up to date.
- Your keywords, website and/or listing do not match the business you registered with the Chamber.
- The website is under construction

To add your listing, follow these simple steps.

Adding a Directory Listing

To update your listing click here.

Updating Your Directory ListingEnter a keyword you used in our original profile.  Don’t remember?  No problem.  Leave the Search by Keyword blank and click the Submit button.

All of the listings will come up as you see in the below image.

Updating Your Directory ListingOnce you have found your company’s name and URL, look to the left for the ID number.  In this case, Hutton Financial has an ID number of 1.  That number will help you find your company faster.

While you are at this screen, look to the far right where you see Modify.  Click that link.  It will take you to a screen where you can modify your company’s information.

PLEASE NOTE AS THIS IS IMPORTANT.

Updating or Adding a Directory ListingWhen you get to the screen above, you will need a password.  Note the contact email address.  This is the address where the password will be sent.  Click the forgot password.

You are taken to a screen where you will enter the the Captcha spam prevention words.

Updating or Adding to a Directory Listing

Click Send Password.  Remember, the password will be sent to the email address you saw in the previous screen.  It will be delivered to you immediately.  So if it isn’t in your mail box, check your junk or spam folder.

If all else fails, you can contact the Chamber office and an update will be scheduled.  This process takes much longer.
