AMBASSADOR PROGRAM APPLICATION
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Ambassadors is to assist the Chamber in retaining its membership, strengthen and enhance member involvement and help the Chamber meet its members’ needs.

- Opportunity to network & promote your business to new businesses, members and fellow Ambassadors. Ambassadors often gain business exposure by being the first to meet a new Chamber Members and putting their company’s name in the forefront.
- Develop a strong referral relationship with fellow Ambassadors and Chamber Members
- Strengthens involvement in Chamber by educating members about the benefits and services of their membership.
- Special recognition of you and your company at Chamber events and in Chamber Newsletter.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- You and your company must in good standing as a Chamber Member
- Attend Ribbon Cuttings, Luncheons, Business After Hours, Annual Banquet, Grand Openings, Ground Breaking Ceremonies and other Chamber events as well as act as an official Chamber Representative and Host at Events.
- Attend regular meetings of the Ambassadors to stay informed of activities, Chamber information and Ambassador Programs.
- Assist in Membership retention and recruitment through member visits, phone calls and other contact methods to the members assigned to you. You will report these contacts at each monthly meeting.
- Report your participating in activities on the point sheet and maintain an minimum of 30 points per month. Awards and recognition will be awarded based on points earned for attendance and other duties.
- Participation and commitment as an Ambassador for one year. Renewal applications will be completed annually.
- Follow the Volunteer Etiquette:
- Wear your Ambassador badge to all events
- Be on time for events
- Sign up for your volunteer duties as they will be assigned on a first come, first served basis
- Check with Ambassador Coordinator before assuming a task
- Bring your completed point sheets with you to the meetings
