The Jacksboro Drive-In Theatre (later to be called the Corral Drive-In Theatre) opened in 1948. It was located where the Albertson's parking lot now is. The clown sign was painted by Reed Hubnel who was well known for similar paintings on other drive-ins. The first show was "One Last Fling" with Alexis Smith and Zachary Scott.
